Job Title: Technical Support Specialist / IT Support Technician

Job Requirements:

Education & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)

  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals, ITIL, Cisco CCNA) are a plus

 

+Technical Skills:

  • Strong understanding of computer hardware, software, and networking systems

  • Proficiency in troubleshooting Windows, macOS, and/or Linux operating systems

  • Experience with remote support tools and ticketing systems (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk, ServiceNow)

  • Familiarity with Active Directory, Office 365, VPN, and network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)

  • Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices and endpoint protection solutions

 

Soft Skills:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong analytical
